CHEC invites quotations for two 450 kVA, 400 V, 50 Hz diesel generator sets, tags GEN-1980A and GEN-1980B, and associated equipment, as specified in Data Sheet 3998-MD-00068 Rev. 0 and the issued technical documents and Scope of Work (SOW). The price shall include delivery to Site, commissioning spares, one year’s long lead, strategic and operational spares, and all services in the SOW.
CHEC现采购两台450 kVA、400 V、50 Hz柴油发电机组（GEN-1980A、GEN-1980B）及配套设备，具体范围以Data Sheet 3998-MD-00068第0版、已发技术文件及SOW为准。报价包括到场交付、调试备件、一年长周期／战略／运行备件及SOW全部服务。

Evaluation uses the lowest evaluated price method. Non-price assessment totals 100 points: technical 35, quality 30, schedule 25, contract/compliance 5 and company/OEM credentials 5. Price carries no score. Bids with a non-price total strictly above 70 points are ranked by evaluated price from lowest to highest. No separate document or deviation rejection items are introduced.

采用经评审的最低价格法。非价格评审总分100分：技术35分、质量30分、进度25分、合同合规5分、公司及OEM资质5分。价格不评分。非价格总分超过70分的投标，按评审价由低到高排序。不另设文件或偏差否决项。

Submit by email before the deadline. Use your own quotation and supporting document formats except for the issued templates identified below. Return completed templates as legible PDFs; also provide the marked-up contract in Word. Sign forms where signature fields are provided. No separate bound tender book, repeated company information or new supplementary forms are required.
