1、2014年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有1艘DP工程船舶柴油机（或发动机）的供货业绩，且该机型具备甲醇Ready的能力，并提供AIP****点击查看船级社颁发的甲醇预留的原则性认可证书）。

2、投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件至少包含：1）合同复印件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同首页、合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、货物名称、具备甲醇Ready能力的技术证明文件、AIP****点击查看船级社颁发的甲醇预留的原则性认可证书）及到货验收材料（至少包含：买方接收证明或调试验收证明或到货验收单或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料或“与合同或订单金额一致的所有增值税发票扫描件（如有清单须提供，须体现发票号；发票需包含合同号或物资名称，且与合同或单个订单一致）。”除发票外其他的到货验收材料至少应有合同甲方签字或盖章。）

3、若合同为协议，除提供协议文本外，还应至少提供该协议对应的1个已完成订单的订单页和相应的到货验收材料，同一个协议合同下的订单视为1个业绩。
